Sourcing

We deal directly with manufacturers and authorised distributors, and we keep more than one source for anything important.

Inward checking

Quantity, quality, packing and paperwork are checked against the purchase order before anything is taken into stock.

Stocking

Everything is stocked centrally so any business in the group can draw from it, instead of each one holding its own idle stock.

Pricing

Rates are set once, from the landed cost, so the same product does not carry two different prices across our counters.

Despatch

Orders are packed, billed and handed to the courier with a reference the customer can follow.

After the sale

Replacements, warranty claims and repeat orders are handled by the same team that took the order.
